RIVEN Distributors Corp recently built a new converting and shipping facility, and continues to invest heavily in computer technology, production equipment, and personnel to maintain its leadership in the gift wrap, and commercial markets.

Please allow 24 hours for orders to be processed. If order is placed after 2:00p.m. EST on a Friday, order will be processed on the following Business Day. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. We can ship locally to Miami-Dade & Broward County for the following flat rates:

Miami-Dade: $3.00 Delivery Charge. $100.00 Minimum Order.

Broward: Minimum order for Delivery on Local Truck is $150 and there will be a $5 delivery fee. If you do not meet this minimum, kindly choose UPS as shipping method.

**All Broward deliveries are shipped on Fridays. If you need your delivery by a certain date, please call us at 305-591-8753 and we can try to accommodate you if possible.

Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving merchandise. If our company mistakenly shipped you the wrong merchandise, we will pay to have the merchandise picked up. Customer will be responsible for shipping the merchandise back to us if the mistake was on their behalf. Please make sure that what you order is what you want (size, color, et...), we are not responsible for mistakes made on the customers behalf. All merchandise will ship via UPS Ground unless customer is local or customer requests other method. Company checks are accepted but delay the order process. We do not do C.O.D. shipments.

POST-PRINTED BAGS Post-printed bags are bags that are printed after they have been assembled. For this reason, some minor imperfections may occur while printing. Print may shift up to 1/2" up, down, left or right. Print may have minor ink blotches, especially in artworks that have a screen or reversed out print. In order to have a perfect print, you must order 5,000 bags or more to have them "In-Line" printed which means that the bags are printed before they are assembled. You may request a free sample prior to printing if you are unsure whether you want the post-print or in-line printing method.

PRINTING PLATES Please be advised that printing plates are held on file for a maximum of 3 years after printing. In the event that the printing plate is not used within the 3 years of the last order placed, it will be recycled and the customer would have to purchase a new plate.
