30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Return Conditions & Fees

  • Days 1–7: Full refund when the merchandise is returned in its original, unused condition with all original packaging.

  • Days 8–30: Returns are accepted with a 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.

  • After 30 days: Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards
    If you have questions about a specific item, contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
